Full sheet 32" x 40" mat board is easily found in pretty much all fine art supply and craft stores. The retail cost is usually around $7-$8 a sheet for standard colors. Consider that you can cut six 11" x 14" mats from one 32" x 40" sheet, you can save a lot versus having mats cut professionally. These stores will also have everything else you need like ready made frames, foam board for backing the artwork in the frame, adhesives, hardware etc.
