  • No, the original is better. Powerex copied Eneloop but could not reacht the same quality. Still the Eneloops have a lower self discharging rate. But yes, Imedions are better than conventional batteries as they lose their charge so fast that you have to use them immediately after charging, so I compare them to a car with a leaking gasoline tank.

  • OMG, I baught these batteries for my vibrator and they work great. I have a very high powered fast draining vibrator, my regular batteries held 45 min max charge.

But with these Eneloops, I can use my vibrator for up to 2 hrs without needing to recharge.

I love them, thank you eneloop!

  • @kikicreamify lol..

  • there not that bad, i just bought (3) 4packs of AAA batteries off of Amazon for 9.95 (each 4pack) with free shipping

  • too expensive!

  • mah is direcly related to the power of the battery, (not voltage), so the higher the mah the higher the power (longer it last), so it all depends to the size of your wallet.

  • Eneloop = recyko

  • mAh stands for Milli amp per hour. say you have a battery that is rated 2000 mah. The device that you are powering may have an amp draw of 100 Milli amps or so. which means that your device will mathematically last for 20 hours.

  • I think I really like this item, but I am new to rechargeable batteries. could you explain to me what are the mAh numbers are and what is the best kind to get? I've noticed there is 800, 1000, 1500, 2100 mah, etc, etc.. What does these number mean?

  • Actually the powerx out perform the eneloops, i have both. The key is to slow charge. Try to never go higher than 500ma per battery. Quick charging only destroys the heat will burnup the electrodes or acid that's contained in the battery causing it to not take a charge as well and short after will fail. fast chargers suck!

  • no sony recharge circle blue is much better low self discharge rate but same MAH capacity but still better hold longer charge in like 1 month
