Sugar in beer will turn out tasting like cider with no head. Guys if you r new to brewing don't use more than 20% sugar, use malt or a coopers brew enhancer. Also consider temperature control and a good quality yeast

My lager kit is in the fermenter,but next day now,not much airlock action at 22C. But,there is some scum ring forming at the top. With a wee bit of settlings at the bottom. I hope it's gunna turn out ok...?

The wort should be boiled: that sugar and her hand and spoon are potential infection points.

Hi mate, i have only put one oxidising tab in a 500ml bottle at the bottling stage, will my beer be flat and ruined

Use dextrose with the coopers kits. Just use 1.2kg of dextrose instead of white sugar (DONT use brown sugar!) and its just the same.
