First flight of the 1st version of the CX2X2, a pseudo Sikorsky X2

This is the first (very short) flight of the first version of the CX2X2, It is a E-Flite Blade CX2 with the addition of a propulsive propeller in the tail, like the Sikorsky X2, controlled by a 5th radio channel. This first version has the propulsor motor mounted too low on the tail. For more details see http://www.cocatrez.net/Air/CX2X2/index.html. Euh, yah, the helicopter was not pointing into the wind, but at the camera, mistake #1, and instead of trying to remain in the field of view I should have gunned the engines to a safer altitude, mistake #2.... The strobe stops blinking when the battery voltage gets too low. No damage, but decided not to film anymore!
