My car doesn't have a Airbag ('90 300zx TT) but i've heard some people say you MUST have padding in the middle of the wheel? is this true? Does that make the Sparco Wheel you've got there, illegal?

2 easy ways around the airbag issue, 1 tell the cops u were in an accedent where the bag popped, and that this is the replacement wheel, OR 2 if u live in a bad area like I do tell them that ur car keeps getting broken into and the wheel keeps getting stolen
