Sit on a round pillow and cross your legs.
Your right foot should be on your left thigh, your left foot on your right thigh.
Keep your neck erect and pull in your chin slightly.
Your lips and mouth are closed without being clinching; your tongue is relazed aginst the soft pallet in such that there is noair nor saliva in the mouth.
Straighten your head as if it were attatched to the ceiling.
Your shoulders are relaxed with no tension; don't lean the body to the right nor the left, to the front nor backwards.
Your ears must be in line with the shoulders, your nose must be in line with your navel. Your jaw and lips are closed without force.
Always keep your eyes semi-open, don't conceed to the temptation of closing them completely.
Don't fix your gaze in any point, don't loose your sight in the void.
