The concept is that a white man came up with a blueprint of how to control slaves for plantation owners. That concept is WRONG. So if you are describing the remnants of Chattel Slavery then you are correct.. If you are attributing our historical realities to some fictional character then you are incorrect.

So the Willie Lynch "documents" contain all the the information the black community needs in order to reverse engineer these devastating concepts contained therein . And so this "document" needs to be broadly disseminated so black folk can understand what to do about it . However the Willie Lynch papers don't exist .
