Unilateral quad-dominant exercise with barbell.
Coaching Cues:
►Chest up throughout; retract scapulae same as regular back squat
►Place rear foot on step, box, or bench
►Keep front foot dominant throughout, flexing foot into floor
►Front foot stance far enough forward that heel remains in contact w/ floor throughout set
►Descend to point of front thigh parallel and below
►Drive through entire foot "pushing floor away" on ascent
