Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan in game 1 of the NBA finals. All the offensive plays for both the Lakers and the Bulls. Lakers vs Celtics 2010 and Bulls vs Sonics 1996. I chose these games because they are about the same age and both games are not considered great games by either player. You tell me if you see a big difference between the two because I sure don't. This video shows you that jordan is human although the jordan fans think he was perfect.

  • I know the difference!!! One player is Kobe and the other is Jordan. Case closed.

  • @northsidetwincitymn what are you a genius

  • Gtfo out of here u fucking dumbass. Look at MJ first 3 finals on his prime.

  • @juju100000 - u call me a dumbass but you suscribed to me?? you GTFO!!! unsubscribe dumbass ;)

  • @BeasTxMode2000

They were the same age, but dont forget that KObe got in the league far earlier than MJ

A 31-year old KObe has more wear and tear than a 31-year old MJ

Other than that, cool vid, sir

  • @AxonMoses that's true and I think we both know this celtics team would mop the floor with that sonics team

  • Difference, MJ's shot selection although shooting poorly, you can see that he utilizes the first step better than kobe, and using the teammates to create shots more. Look carefully!

  • the biggest difference between KB and MJ are their basketball IQs. Kobe takes alot of bad shots. Mj is a smarter player. But in terms of pure skills, Kobe> MJ. If Kobe used his brain a little more Kobe would be >>>>>>> MJ, but too bad. :(

  • @lionelangemario makes sense here, but even in MJ's misses still utilizes the same mentality to efficiently score

  • @unknownkilla1008

man,if you say that kobe was quicker it means that you must be talking about jordan the wizzard, not the bull.

second, you are talking about one on one?but jordan is the greatest individual player that we ever saw, quicker, more moves, more creativity, more efficient, jump higher, better I.Q.,and LOT STRONGER MENTALLY.

phil jackson was just giving arguments to the two players because he coached them both, that's all.

remember,he also said that mj would average 45 points per game today.

  • @lionelangemario bra jordan was better but kobe has taken over his spot give it up kobe has over came the great kobe is better than great there will never be another kobe and there will never be another jordan and kobe will beat jordan one on one because he is quicker and jump shot is better phil jackson said it hiself and coached both so he should know jordan overrated and old im tired of hearing about this washed up retired playa!!!!!! kobes da truth.........................

  • @psychomajoreflex you don't really know m.j.

you are talking about his last seasons.earlier,he would use a lot more the ball in his hands.he sacrified his game when pippen became good enough.

but technically, the difference is: kobe patterned his game after michael's game but he is not as efficient,as dexterous and as quick.he never even shot 50% once.

it's ok if you can do a lot(not all!) of the moves that m.j. did but the goal is to put it in the basket.

now i don't talk about the rules...

  • @unknownkilla1008

in terms of skills, how can kobe be better if he is just duplicating and copying what m.j. to the difference that he is less efficient.it's like the fadeaway, yes he can do that better than everybody outside of m.j. but he can not shoot it 10 times and scores 10 times in a single game like mike..that is just one example.

outside of that, you know the difference of the eras.

and...mentally,they are not even close..2004 and 2008 would have been a dessert for m.j.

  • if you wanted to compare the worst with the worst.

you should have pick the 1996 finals of m.j and the 2004 finals of kobe,it was worst than 2008.

outside of that, the difference is that even in his worst finals,m.j. won,he was champion and mvp.

kobe lost 2004,2008 and didn't win mvp trophee.

i agree that kobe is the closer we have seen in terms of style but not in terms of level.

  • Well put it this way Jordan with suck team in 1985 over time turned them into champions, Kobe wanted to quit in 2006 playing with a suck team. And Jordan would beat him on a one-on-one bc Kobe got Jordan's moves.
