  • hi dede, my mom tried making this but after frying the insides tasted pretty uncooked and still mushy and pasty instead of fluffy.. however, she kept the excess mix she made in the fridge and tried frying it the next morning and they turned out fluffy and perfect.. we suspect it's because the chickpeas we got were harder than usual, because we tried boiling the extra chickpeas afterwards and they were still hard and crunchy and not soft as we would expect, so i think it's a problem with the..

  • OMG! the best felafel I have ever had. I use to cook the channa first and it would always fall apart when fried. Now I know that they should be raw, just soaked overnite. Thank you so much for your recipe. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to more scrumptious recipes.

  • I tried this recipe and they are just wonderful. For any Australians who want to try this recipe, the only thing you have to know is that fava beans are called broad beans here, the rest of ingredients are ok ..I enjoy your site
