This is me actually SHOWING the difference between the gravity roll and one handed roll. STOP mistaking them! lol

  • well...if you want to get into specifics..you are doing a push pull method, really. the reason people like the regular one handed roll more, is because it takes more technique to do. it's basically just a rapid set of doubles with one hand. hit it once, let your hand open..then close it. rinse repeat until you can do it without pauses.
