4/15/10. Bodyweight 186. Happy with strength, especially after such an increase in volume (and soreness...haha)over the past week and a half.

  • I'm 5'8"

  • go static and no wraps, then see what you can do.

  • @bull3441 Heck Yeah I love doing that. My grip gives out at around 13-15........with bouncy cheating reps like this I can get in the mid 20's now. But I will say that this gives me an incredible feel. And it's usually after I've gone for a heavy 1-4 rep range set.

  • dude you make that look SO light. this is def motivation for me to hit 405 at least 6 times (im only at 4 :/ ). keep up the good work bro

  • @Juice8711

I remember when I couldn't even pull 405........wasn't too long ago really...maybe 3 years or so. ....and I've just gotten better over time and it's become one of my strongest lifts...if not the strongest.

  • @j4cked7 . Yeah....I would have named the youtube vid nondeadlifts but nobody searches for that so I wouldn't get any feedback.

  • idk why people bitch about touching and going, if he wants to do reps consecutively then go ahead, its 400 pds for 15. just give him props or dont comment. not every one is trying to be a professional power lifter

  • Dam bro I just did 315 for one rep and I am tired as hell. I hope I could get like this in the near future.

  • name of song?...

  • @AMos050 What difference does it make? He's concentrating the deadlift on his back rather than his legs, that just makes it harder.

  • @bull3441 What difference does it make if you need to use straps? As you get heavier and heavier, you wrists are going to give out before your back. Who says 'Well, I can't grip it anymore so I guess I can't go heavier.'? If your grip gives out before your back, you're an idiot to give up instead of just giving your wrist some extra support.

  • Pretty good form for a heavy weight an 15 reps! Keep it up!

  • I mean impressive I guess but you don't really go low enough in terms of bending your knees

  • @1981aaronthomas "All you haters can suck it".. You're a doctor? What is this world coming to..? (rhetorical question)

  • @pking4lifely what do you mean his grip is wrong? this is called a hook grip and whilst it is harder to grip the bar with this grip, it reduces the chance of tearing your bicep. do some research before criticising a guy who is clearly a lot stronger and experienced than you.

  • I love how the song continues to play after the video has stopped.

  • Before you bitch, please realize that 405 lbs for 15 reps is a lot of freaking weight. I'd like to see some of you deadlift 405 for one rep with your "perfect" form :)
