I have actually managed to flip an omelet (and crepes) as he does in the video. But it does take practice. It's probably not something you're going to do the first try. If you're going to try it, make sure you have a dog :-). Otherwise, *lavender* in an *omelet*???

@smallmedia2 Not too high, though, as if you're not careful, the omelette will overcook and be rubbery.

Don't call him a retard, you jerk! It's supposed to be pronounced with the H, but there was a dialect issue, so there are more people in Europe who pronounce it right than Americans.

No matter how much I try, I just can't seem to do it right, it's always too "liquid" and breaks into pieces.
