Barack Obama managed to fool a lot of progressives into thinking he was one of them, but the truth of his political views is revealed in his record as an Illinois state senator. Here, the effects of his housing policy -- giving taxpayer money to private developers -- are felt by blacks in his former district.
You are really not right in the head. You obviously did not even watch the video as "Obama supported giving Federal Money to private developers" (like Resko) for such projects. The government would NOT run them any better, probably worse. The government is incapable of running anything efficiently or economically. Obama supported these private entities to get campaign funds, which he did. He was bought off-what a shock!

The state that produced cars for decades never had that sort of money? Better get those math skills updated. Republicans have been stealing this country BLIND for decades. And it's come home to roost now.

No -- this is PRIVATE companies taking money to run apartments from the government, and then NOT doing the necessary repairs that are required. This is Laissez faire at it's finest. If the apartments were run by the government, things would get done.

Your state has never had $1 trillion dollars. Get real.

This is socialism at work. The redistribution of wealth doesn't work. This is your government at work, trying to solve social problems by robbing the tax payer. It just does not work. This is the kind of "change" Obama will bring.

I am Deeeeetroit. This looks pretty nice, compared to what's around here! We here in Detroit were represented by conservatives for 12 years, John Engler. He stripped the state of about $1 trillion, by acting as shill for the insurance companies of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. A massive transfer of funds from Michigan, which USED to produce cars, to the East Coast, which produces nothing, but headaches: bankers, bankers, bankers.
