If you were to build a case to have two guitarists in RHCP - specifically John and Josh - this is the song for it. Josh's backing vocals are so amazing, John even stops singing and looks back at him like "haha nice job dude" and Flea is just smiling loving it as well. Then John's awesome solo paired with Josh still playing the chorus riff is incredible.

i just cant get over one thought, what if john had not left? would they have made josh like a fifth member of the band? i mean the chemestry was there with the band and josh. i think if josh was a fifth member, it would have to be the most epic thing to ever happen to the red hot chili peppers
