A photographer tries to take a picture of Tobey Maguire but Tobey gets mad and breaks his camera. Tobey is not a good boy. But I still think he's cool and maybe he was just in a bad mood.

it's not that the guy was taking his picture, cos you can do that from a reasonable distance. It's that he was leaning right over his shoulder and stuck a camera directly into his face, that's disrespectful.

if u listen close enough during the first 3 secs, tobey says "Don't touch me dude" i know i'd be hella pissed if some1 touched me to take a picture of me without my consent. that dude was askin for it
