So I got my little cheat sheet, I'm gonna start doing the workout for rapid weight loss. I'm gonna start at the bottom of the hill, I got four exercises, yes four exercises. Start down there, I've done a video on the hill by my house, now I'm doing another one this is right by my studio. So for rapid weight loss workout, watch me I'm gonna start now. She's gonna go over here, she being my camera lady and I'm gonna get started. Okay, so I'm gonna start backward bear crawls; okay, I'm gonna go back down now, this is the easy part. (Shouting) rapid weight loss workout! Okay, now I'm gonna sprint and backward jog. Be careful, sprint and backward jog, sprint, jumpsquat and then you do it again.
