  • Dear Boris,

From participating in sports I have learnt what massage feels correct BUT your videos are helping me to learn a lot more and I thank you. My friends also thank you as they really like when I massage them however 1 or 2 of them are really sensitive in the lower back area, just above the buttocks. I am assuming this is due to lots of stress and bad shoes/posture. Should I just be gentle and gradually build up massage or is there something else?

    Thanks :)

  • Dear jamboni. I believe you described low pain threshold. In such cases I always gradually increase pressure. with time and advance of healing process people increasing pain threshold which also evidence of general improvement. Best wishes.

  • dear boris, how does one go abou dealing with the groin arean?/

  • Dear shimenga1. anatomical structure of groins is pretty complex therefore many abnormalities could be present due to sprain /strain injuries as well do to spinal degenerative diseases. we applying different protocols in cases of different syndromes that possibly can be presented. 1 of the examples is iliopsoas muscle syndrome. Best wishes.

  • does this includes muscle alignments???

  • @John40ish I love Boris talking. I could listen to him for hours

  • @mgaft1 I am wondering if massage loosening up muscles near the groin and/or inner hip area might help to reduce chafing. Like if muscles were tight, they would be rigid and ride higher up on the femurs and not recede if pushed, as opposed to being loose and moving out of the way, descending more towards the knee.

It is a big issue for me as I would like to build leg muscles to build body power and raise metabolism, but am afraid of thigh adductor & vastus medialis hypertrophy friction in walk.

  • im watching this whilst sitting in a massage chair. i want to swap places with the guy!

  • this is truly saprizinly gay
