I've been drinking this stuff for about a year now after being a smoker and a heavy drinker. I started getting wrinkles and looked terrible. After drinking this stuff I no longer needed anti-depressants. My skin started looking brighter and healthier. My heart stopped bothering me. I love this stuff.

It's nice to see a video actually explaining the health benefits of green tea, not using it as a stimulant for fat-loss.
I personally drink 5 cups a day, and I'm never ill! Green tea truly is the best thing you can drink other than water.
