Can someone do an independant audit as to whether the hybrid buses operated by SEPTA does indeed save on diesel. The Orion VII NG HEV using lead-acid batteries hardly produced any fuel savings at all.

Septa needs to forget about a complete fleet of hybred buses. Go more with trackless trolleys.

Why do I hear the trackless trolley on deisel at 2:07? That's making septa look bad.
