Edward's voice for some reason is quite cute but people that know the game Know that its not a good idea to be attatched to Edward.

I understand how scissor man is elusive.
He always opens and closes his shears when he walks- so as to make it obvious he's near. So now, people rely on that sound, right? Meaning all he has to do to appear nowhere near them is stop moving the scissors.
He's one step ahead.
