Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - Maria's Boke Nemesis

Maria watches too much bad late-night TV on New Years and learns about manzai, a form of two-man stand-up comedy popular in Japan. Taking up the role of tsukkomi, she goes on a rampage across Japan to punish people afflicted with New Years boke, a lazy lethargic daze for people recovering from the holidays.

After punishing several people, she turns her attention to boke (idiots) in general, and just happens to learn of a 'natural boke' on TV..

@KenChanCake A perfect example of this kind of voice actress is I-No's in Guilty Gear, Inoue Kikuko who is known for having an angelic motherly voice though once she goes I-No she goes completely evil. She even admit in an interview that I-No is pretty scary.
