@youlihan Thank you for that information. I have just begun to learn Sun Zhijun's Lian Huan Zhang set-- I enjoy looking at the different bagua styles, trying to trace their development. I had thought there were distinct differences between the Beijing styles, the Wudang styles, and the Emei styles. I see I was probably wrong, now.
PS- I've really been enjoying the vids of your lectures on Wudang sword technique.
@mbutchin hi, it is "XUEN SHEN BAGUAZHANG" our first Form after the 8 Qi Gong Palms. It is very close to Cheng and also Liang Style Bagua. Greetings Ismet
The poles/posts training has many different names. 'Mui-Fa' or 'Mei-Hwa' patterns can have 5, 6, 7, or 8 posts in 'plum-flower' patterns. 9 or more posts usually are called '9-Dragon Palace ', or '9 star Heaven' patterns. Shao-Lin posts training has sometimes 12 to 15 odd height poles. Also done from the ground and striking the poles for body toughening. Many variations.
Accurate foot work and Straight centering good

Okay. I am officially "Fweakin' Impressed!" with this.
I don't know what form he is practicing, but it looks like something from Cheng Tinghua's lineage.
