@lugger2010 Great analogy, and fitting "props" to Ace! (Sorry couldn't resist!) Ace really was the coolest member of KISS, and this was the band at their create peak. I think the footage from 76-77 is the best! Maybe because everything after it just didn't have the originality or punch that the "Alive" era did. And Ace was just killer! I saw the band twice during this time and couldn't take my eyes off him. Rock on, Ace!

A guitar GOD who never got the respect/ credit he deserves!!! Like how he "delivered the goods" with a string breaking at the start of the solo- not having a roadie bring him another axe, like a pilot landing a plane w/ 3 dead engines, Ace brings her down to a perfect landing. Pardon the airplane analogy, I just thoght it fit.
