You have helped me through the most difficult times. You're an inspiration. Thank you. For me social anxiety fluctuates. It must be maintained. Between times of total relaxed, effortless conversation and happiness, I sometimes go through times where I feel like I can't relate to my friends or people in general. I just don't feel right. @rafale2009 I don't want to sound nosy or something, but I hardly think any girl would respond to that/take that in a good way. I mean... "Ow, how sweet! The guy is ignoring what I say because I look pretty!"... heh, again, I don't think so :P

Is not that I am trying to sound like an expert, I am actually all but good at making up conversations/relationships with people, and of course, more with girls. Anyway, I've realized that EVERY girl wants to be listened. That's all.

I think you would find Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) very helpful. There is no normal. Everybody has strengths and weaknesses. You have strengths; concentrate on your strengths. Never judge your self-worth in regards to the material objects you have, or do not have. Find something in life that you are passionate about and give yourself to that. Nobody has any MORAL authority to tell you how you SHOULD behave. You are free to create your own value system. Keep your chin up.

Yeah! It seems that most outgoing people like to listen to more current events and drama these days, most outgoing people that I've met love small talk, and they really do not delve into meaningful intelligent conversations...they like to talk about what Sally is doing, dogs, breakups, typical work related drama, Jersey Shore, etc.

All I can say is be yourself and don't be like anyone else because you're unique...stick true to yourself, and someone will come along and understand who you are. :)

I couldn't pay attention to the video at all.. How you spelled weird as 'wierd' just stuck to me throughout the entire video somehow... But you did spell it right in the comment section. Are you doing this on purpose?  This is your way of tormenting your viewers? I was very uncomfortable to say the least.

I hate S.A.D :/ Im a 12 yr old girl (almost 13) and i have no friends whatsoever. I seee no hope for me as each day my S.A.D gets worse :( Im homeschooled and my family does nothing to help me. My grandmother always pressures me to talk which makes it worse :/ Can someone giv me advice or can i talk to someone about it.?
