Vinyasa Krama Bow sequence. In VK the hands are clasped together as opposed to Ashtanga where the are unclasped and resting parallel on the mat. Just starting to consider Ganda B, this is very much exploratory work.
try doing it with your hands flat on the mat elbows touching...
bring both legs up at the same time and don't bend your knees.
