The steam rising from the cuts, the post rocking back and forth with the force of each blow, the specks of sweat, blood and flesh flying off of his back each time the lash kisses it. This is one of the finest cenematic floggings I have seen in a long time. I am really disappointed that the DVD didn't have an extended scene.

I can see by the comments that I am in one of the few places predominantly populated by pervs like me. This really is delightful. And yes, like others here, I know I'm terrible. I really liked this scene in context too: to see such a stoic alpha male shattered in pain like that.

Some of the lashes were not visible, but were just audible in the flashback scene. It was about 6 or 7 audible cracks in the flashback, alone ... not to mention what it really was total.

@whipnotized I honestly don't remember if there WAS any sound, plus the clip itself is... seconds long, so it anything it would be the whipcrack over and over

if you notice, the man is not being whipped as much as it seems, the scene keeps repeating itself. At best he got about 4 hits total.
