I like Scott Sonnon. His conditioning stuff is fab, and he can surely teach people some effective martial arts ideas, etc. However, in reality, I feel the techniques employed here wont really work unless adapted with many things -- well it is one of many techniques isn't it. Great to watch, and the odd bits to keep your eye on.

Probably the only people who take him seriously are his opponents, since he's an international champion in both submission fighting (sambo) and kickboxing (san shou). What have you won?
