The Brasserie Dieu du Ciel, located in Montreal, Quebec, in Canada, is one of our favorite breweries. They put out amazing flavors in spice beers, or "gruit" beers. This beer, the Rosee D'Hibiscus, is a wheat beer. It is blood orange in color and is brewed with hibiscus flowers. The combination of the citrus from the wheat and the hibiscus flower makes for an amazing flavor.

  • great new iphone app "belgian beer app", nice descriptions, food pairings, history, brewing methods... pretty cool

  • very nice review, gotta try this one, sound very drinkable,

    stay cool...............

  • Ah, DDC! I love their beers, but I haven't had this one yet. I love their American IPA (Corne du Diable) and the Imperial Coffee Stout (Peche Mortel). What's also nice is that they usually do not filter the beers. Cheers!
