Thanks for the valuable. I have this blender and I love it, it was not expensive, and I can use the despenser instead of taking the lid off. My sister said that this works and she did loose weight. I hope to purchase this product because it isnt a large horse pill that is hard to go down. This is my first view of your videos I hope that you can loose your desired weight and keep it off.
