  • hello m8, i have a saeco vienna deluxe, and i'm trying to find a manual on how to disarm the brew group, or maybe just the top part where the metal screen is. thanks

  • @azt3c You should be able to use the same procedure demonstrated in the video. Let us know if it works for you. Thanks!

  • I have the Gaggia Platinum Swing model. Thanks for helping me getting the Brew Group out (I needed a six-edged alan key and not a philiphs one). The problem is that when I try to reset the machine by putting the business card in place, it didn't turn the larger teeth to the top. nothing actually happened except getting an error message "out of service (4)". How do I get the machine reseted and the large teeth face up????? Thanks.

  • @orendob Sounds like this could be resolved quicker if you call us at 1-888-411-5282. Talking this through should help us better diagnose the problem. We'll be happy to help you!

  • this video solved what could have easily been a $80+ problem for a saeco vienna plus! my roommate and i were so relieved.. we took a couple shots right after! :) thanks for all of your help!

  • @The4trax .Success! First I cleaned the red group valve(many calc was in it) and after this I disassembled the brewer unit but I accidentally made a mistake during reassembly : -( Plastic structure was in wrong position. So the plug was probably only in the redgroup valve.

  • -nothing happens.Water flows from boiler to the steam valve because I am enable to make steam and hot water but coffee. I tried to remove the brewer unit and the two sensor

switches have now closed on.Message is "select product". After pressing product button grinding is ok (coffe dust comes down)motor turns to the

right position but no water comes out from the redgroup valve. Pls Help!

  • Thanks so much, you've helped me remove the stuck brew group from my Saeco Italia. However, the procedure to return the gear to the top position did not work, as there seems to be something wrong with the gear. It only moves a bit left, then right, then stops, still in the wrong position. I uploaded a video of it here: watch?v=HvBQ-zxe_h8 Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  • Thanks, you just saved my day! Iara - brazil

  • This video is awesome. I followed the instructions exactly and it worked perfectly. now my Saeco Vienna Deluxe is back operating smoothly again. I really had to pull on the lever to get the brew unit back to the neutral position. I was afraid I was going to break something, and I just kept pulling and suddenly it went, and a cylindrical *brick* of coffee came out that was like a rock. I guess I'll go a little coarser on the grind -- I had it set to "2", which was making great coffee, but..
