Determined to leave the ravages of war behind, 38 year old Gian Singh (Jimi Mistry) resigns from the British Indian Army to a quiet life. Very poetic. I love this film. It is a long time I seen movies that is so touching and yet the story still so modern. All around this world there is still people so courageous and choosing love and peace. Thank you for making this movie available.

such an amazing film.. great story.. it just shows that with love, you can do things you never thought possible.. religion and race can never come between two persons who love each other.. indeed, love conquers all.. Kristin Kreuk did an amazing job as well as Jimi Mistry.. best movie I've ever watched.
