You guys do realize this isn't a re-make. There was an actual game called "Megaman Xtreme" for Gameboy. And this was the track from the game.

A supreme VG tune which got someone else's youtube award for #1 track compared across multiple MM2 rom hacks. The particular one is metal man's stage in rockman exile. Go check it out.
This is still a favorite, seemingly no matter what...even 4 midi makers whose skills can range from best ever maybe outdoing originals, to down-right attrocious.
