Pulse (1988) Movie Review (Entertaining Film)

Another review I wanted to upload since i couldn't sleep tonight after going thru oral surgery. Thank you all for the kind words and yes, I DID happen to enjoy this flick. Hope you enjoy the review.

And this is a 1988 flick that has no relation to the Japanese ghost story or it's American remake (and 2 sequels). It's a completely different movie.

malevolent, paranormal intelligence in the electrical system is moving from house to house. It terrorizes the occupants by taking control of the appliances, either killing them or causing them to wreck the house in an effort to destroy it. Then it travels along the power lines to the next house, and the terror restarts. Having thus wrecked one household in a quiet neighbourhood, the pulse finds itself in the home of a boy's divorced father whom he is visiting. It gradually takes control of everything, badly injures the stepmother, and traps father and son, who must fight their way out.

Now thats what i call a trailer bro! Yes I always had a soft spot for this movie I always put it up there with Poltergeist one of my favorite scary PG-13 films from the 80's I agree all the way this film very underrated IMO! 2 thumbs up and I hope you recoving well bro!

I saw this on cinemax back in the early 90's, it's a well made movie that should have gotten more noticed when it was supposely released in theaters for a short run, I heard it wasn't promoted well and failed at the box office. I think why it doesn't get talked about is alot people never knew it got made.
