This pretty much does nothing to further my understanding of HE furnaces...one would expect experts on the subject to go into a little more detail. One might also expect that a promotional video would do it's best to convince me to trust this contractor...quite the opposite. Whoever shot this video also needs to gain a better understanding of audio and how important it is to be able to *hear* as well as see. D-
