Knott's Berry Farm is a great place.
I recommend it 100%.

To be precise Magic Mountain had the first looping steel coaster with a teardrop design for safety.. The first looping coasters were wood or a combo of wood with a steel loop. They popped up in the mid to late 20's but since they were not properly designed (They were completely circular) people would either get severe whiplash or the train didn't get enough speed to go through the loop and many accidents occured so they were banned.

@brickman409 I agree. It's f**king annoying.

@saywhat236 ...Just Knott's? What about Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags in San Francisco, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. You know nothing until you've been to Magic Mountain. We have 5 record breaking coasters, out of our 16 rides.

Revolution was the first coaster with a 360-degree loop (1976). Corkscrew at Knott's was the first to go upside-down with corkscrew loops (1975).
