Gill is a much harder and better boss than Akuma.
Why? Because he actually gives you a hard fight without being stupidly overpowered. He has the best AI for a boss in any fighting game. Sure his moves have higher priority but he doesn't abuse anything or does any "unfair" stuff.

Boss Order Sol in Guilty Gear Accent Core, he's a very tough one. At least Akuma doesn't Dragon Install get full Tension meter permanent Level 3 charge, double damage and speed.
