fUCK...I've been to Petersburg in january:) I know, I know... passed the white nights... been in dark for most of the day.. :) But, still, lot of things to see... Still, beautifull... Greetings from Serbia!

@nothingelse4u When Peter the Great the Czar of Russia he made St.Petersburg the Capital of Russia. In 1712, Peter the Great wanted this city to be great so Trade will increase from Europe. That is when St. Petersburg university was built. And today St. Petersburg is getting a lot of new innovations.

June or July is the best time when it it light until late. Mid to late May is good too and less crowded.

We were on the Celebrity Constellation.
The Princess ship was docked right behind us in St. Petersburg.
