  • trust me, there is no way I could do my practice without ujjayi breath. My ashtanga teacher taught us that your breath should be loud enough for you to hear, but not for the person practicing next to you

  • @MrChefboyardee there are many types of breath. Arguably an unrestrained breath is what we work to practice with.
