  • I wrote ADEQUATE, not INadequate. I was saying something positive, wow, that was 11 months ago. By the way, I'm in a great yoga course now and have made lots of progress. tiniyah, you misunderstood my comment:).

    its works out the leg muscles, and muscles in your back and maybe even your abs.

  • Try them and you'll feel what you are working out just fine.
