@AmsterdamnedMovie He failed cause he was the one (well, not exactly the one, but one of the few) who tried. If EVERYBODY try, the world will be such a better place. I understand your point of view, and I find very interesting to talk about that, but if anyone answer again, I won't answer cause I don't want to troll Paul's song.

@JudeOctopus yeah, you hit the nail on the head there buddy, Gandhi did TRY, to free his contry with peace, but the fact that over a million people were brutally killed by their own people kinda shows that he failed in said attempt.

@AmsterdamnedMovie Oh yeah, british rule was soo great. Gandhi TRIED to free his country peaceful. He was hindu, but he respected all the religions. If everybody, as Gandhi did, give peace a chance, there will be no more violence. You're right without Great Britain (& the USA and the USSR) France may still be Germany. But without violence, if EVERY GERMAN has give peace a chance, Germany would never attaqued France. So, there is my point. Hope everybody will understand that and stop spamming me.

REALLY! under british rule, muslims, christians, seeks and hindus got along fine... the instant that gandhi started the uprising, more then 1 million people were brutually murdered by their own kind, and the region as a whole, has never been the same, as pakistan and india would love nothing better than all out war with each other. without the british, france would be germany... agincore!
