No Men's Land - Video documentation of a web art project from 2006 by Cym. Transforming borders into abstract compositions using only HTML and CSS.
This is a selection of the images from the award winning net art project No Men's Land by Cym. In this project Cym transforms photos of real life border situations in Central Europe into abstract images using only HTML and CSS. The project can be visited at http://nomensland.eu/
This video is without sound. If you would like to create sounds for these compositions, contact me!

Update May 2009: Since a few days it seems the video is available again. I haven't done anything. All of a sudden the video is working again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
February 2009: After 624 views, 1 year after I uploaded this video, all of a sudden it says: 'We're sorry, this video is no longer available'. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!!! I will try to upload the video again. For now, you can watch it here: http://www.vimeo.com/3224404
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Visit the project online at: http://www.nomensland.eu/
And just as mysteriously as it was 'no longer available', the video is there again right after I posted the comment. It seems posting the comment made the video reappear... Maybe it was the reload after I posted the comment that made the video reappear...

Since 2 days now this video says 'We're sorry, this video is no longer available'. I have no idea why! I did not change anything to the settings. It just disappeared without warning... Hope it will reappear again... Does anyone know why this video says it is 'no longer available'?

This video shows some of the images from the No Men's Land website. The images are supposed to be watched on the website, but it is easier to watch them as a non-interactive movie. So here is the movie-version. Enjoy!
