Today it is immoral to urinate in a public place, but the way the west and their treatment of morals is going, i'll give it 20 years max. until it becomes a norm. We as humans require Absolute morals dictated by Our Creator, relative morals only hold meaning to the people in that context, they cannot survive in different societies which do not hold the same views.

The greater issue here is that societies throughout the ages have concocted relative morals by which "society" accepts, 100 years ago it was immoral for women to wear bikinis in the street, nowadays little is left to the imagination; Only 25 years ago it was okay for teachers to discipline with the cane; now it is child abuse, the point is societies change with time, therefore there must be Absolute morals which all societies adhere to throughout the ages otherwise the society will breakdown!
