Fred van Vloten, 1000 drummers op de maas

In 1992 Ceaser Zuiderwijk from the Golden Earring organized and hosted an event with 1000 drummers on the river De Maas in de city of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. One of the men who gave a drumsolo was Fred van Vloten. One of the best drummer of the Netherlands. Sadly he died on 20 januari 2007.

Helaas was ik er niet zelf bij; toch vond ik het evenement "1000 drummers aan de Maas" leuk om te zien en te horen.

Triest dat 1 van hen ons reeds 3 jaar geleden ontvallen is ......

Wow... I had no idea that Fred died. He's played a few times at my high school... I'm still reeling, thinking about his enormously energetic drives. Thanks for sharing! :-)

Fred is one of the best fusiondrummers from Holland and de World yess , one of his boeks are the difficults to do  ,,,,
