For the clay I used Claytoon Clay. It's pretty nice cuz it doesn't dry out. To make them, I kind of just made a flat oval out of the clay, and squeezed on the sides and bottom for the arms and legs, then press down above the arms to bring out the head. I just used a JVC camcorder and took the pictures to a memory card and edited them in movie maker. I'm not sure what you mean about the voicings, but i just used my computer mic to record my voice and friends voices. Hope this helped!
