You certainly wouldn't want women to have true informed consent via sonogram because it would put the big abortion biz out of business--they would actually see the humanity of the unborn child because MOST WOMEN HAVE A CONSCIENCE!

I think Charmaine did a wonderful job making her points without getting wound up, while Nancy just kept repeating a dead argument. A sonogram is basic medical information, and no one's being forced, especially if there's an opt-out. I hope no women will opt-out though, and the large majority probably want to see the screen. Knowledge is power, and the knowledge of what is going on in the womb empowers mothers to be confident in bringing their children into the world.

How are women being "forced" to see an ultrasound if there's an opt-out? Even more, how can Nancy say women are being "forced" to see it at all? Do women no longer have eyelids? This law is just informed consent made law. The only reason Nancy doesn't want it is because she wants uninformed consent. "Don't look at the baby before you kill it, you might walk away and take your money with you!"
