@kertaspaper94 Not only for F-15, but for entire progress and effectiveness of politics, economy etc etc. Evil USSR was a counter-weight, which was keeping thoughts and actions of US politicians, economists and industrial power straight. After collapse of the USSR they are like mad dog who broke its chains and got loose. But first people whom it will bite are its owners.

Like MIG-29, which was an economical aircraft then Su 27 but was nearly competent.
