Honestly it looks like crap. How can orange peel look good. Nothing against your skils but with a limited amount of money and technical know how this is what to expect.Buy a compressor and paint gun from Harbor Freight watch a few vids and you'll get light years ahead of this result.

I have used rustoleum from SPRAY AREOSOL CAN. no orange peel if you know how to spray, rustoleum FTW ! True you can get better results with pro tools but for basic solid color paint job, rustoleum's ths shiz.. but get spray-can for better finish

@Codythecartaker For a show winner or something i could see your point, or if you have a decent hot rod like say a 55 Chevy, Id go the route your suggesting because 1000+ isnt too bad for a great paint job if you do it yourself, but understand, this is 50 bucks were talking about here 950+ bucks cheaper. Im doing this to my 89 Suburban and it looks pretty dang good for what it is, looks WAY better then the old paint, and its cheap. their vehicle isnt the best, so this makes more sense.

@jss1591 I as well did the 50 dollar paint job on my f150 with a 6'' roller and rustoleum paint. Just be prepared for a lot of heat from all the doubters. lol... I find it quite amusing because for the 50 dollar paint job i did, people in person cannot believe it can be done. just take your time, and happy rolling. If i can help, Hit me up.

@jss1591 you really cant say you could do it yourself if your asking how to do it...Do what afar1 said buy a compresor paint gun and real auto paint paintforcarsDoTcom has GREAT paint for CHEAP direct to metal primer the base coat and clear and everthing you need for like 280$ thats cheap...400$ compresser paint gun kit from east wood 170$ paint $280 air dryer 280$ lil over grand you could have a really nice shiny car ...Searisly

Wet sand and buff then your set! I think you should have thinned the paint a little more if it had that much peel
