Can you only build such cyberpunk-ish cities with glass buldings and scyscrapers or can you also build european-style old cities (with classical buildings, baroque, masonry, row houses, etc) with slimmer, smaller and curvier streets and alleys?

shouldnt you have traffic lights in this game. im just asking. i mean considering how big that city is and all but think of how many accident that could happen here

You cant really change the design of the buildings. Maybe if you find an editor online or something.

This is from the online mode so the cities have been made by different players.
