Blame game and issuing edicts of disbelief against others is a common practice of the mischief-monger Ulama in our country. Sometimes, it develops into riots, tribulations, vandalism and bloodshed. Those who hold an opinion different from these disruptive, riotous and rowdy Ulama, are also declared denigrators and Kafirs. As a result, the pragmatic and rational Ulalma expediently keep reticent in self-regard. Performing his duty, as ever, of leading the Ummah to the right path, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has dilated upon this complex scholarly subject of research:

Who is a denigrator of the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him)?

The first part of the session is of introductory nature and comprises the historical perspective of the issue while his talk on the main issue begins after one hour and thirty minutes.

وطنِ عزیز میں دوسروں پر الزام تراشی اور کفر و گستاخیِ رسول کے فتاویٰ لگانا بعض فتنہ پرور علماء کا روز مرہ کا معمول ہے۔ بعض اَوقات ایسے فتاویٰ سے نوبت قتل و غارت گری اور فساد عامہ تک پہنچ جاتی ہے۔ ان فتنہ پرور نام نہاد علماء سے اگر کوئی اختلاف کرے تو اُس پر بھی کفر و ارتداد اور گستاخیِ رسول کے فتاویٰ لگا دیے جاتے ہیں۔ نتیجتاً حقیقت شناس علماء بھی اپنی عزت بچانے کے لیے خاموشی اِختیار کرلیتے ہیں۔

اندریں حالات ہمیشہ کی طرح شیخ الاسلام ڈاکٹر محمد طاہر القادری نے اُمت کی رہنمائی کا فریضہ سرانجام دیتے ہوئے اِس اہم موضوع پر نہایت دقیق علمی و تحقیقی اور مفصل گفتگو فرمائی ہے کہ:
